President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela and Pope Benedict XVI this past week (September 17-23, 2006) wound up on the opposite ends of “the devil made me do it” – Chavez by calling President Bush at the UN annual gathering of heads of state the “devil” and Pope Benedict XVI quoting from a 14^th Century Byzantine emperor, Manuel II Paleologus, who decried Islam as a violent religion:  “Show me just what Mohammed brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached.”  These two horrific outbursts only heighten the “War of Civilizations” taking place on the map—and, likewise, President Bush’s onslaughts on pressing upon the Middle East his version of democracy, much to the chagrin of Iran’s President Ahmadinejad—both of whom made this week’s follies at the UN a real display of world disintegration!

Ah! Blessed are the peace makers—even so, when will our fearless leader oblige the nations until there is the much-vaunted COMPREHENSIVE PEACE SEATTLEMENT long-promised to the nations of the Middle East? Could it possibly be that “by peace he shall destroy many?” What an oxymoronic concept: DESTRUCTIVE PEACE! Even so—is that not what is happening? This article points an accusatory finger at the Man of Peace—the ANTICHRIST; and, likewise, rejects the insipid doctrines of Protestants who surmise that Antichrist is but a spirit abiding in the Roman Catholic Church. The denial that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh (a fete the early Gnostics disbursed) was denounced as ANTICHRIST! Even so, there are many antichrists that are “gone out into the world” – and there is also what the Apostle John called “the spirit of antichrist.” But, don’t be so naïve—THE Antichrist lurks beneath and abounds in the “spirit of antichrist” that has gone out into the world!

No—the Antichrist, the future Seventieth Week of Daniel, the Abomination of Desolation, the future Treaty with Death and Hell, the revival of Roman Empire and its “Western Leadership” – the Antichrist – are all recorded by the Fathers—you do well to take heed to their remarkable consistencies, including the future manifestation of a literal 1,000-year millennium!

The 2006 election approaches--and will have concluded by your reading--all the while the SEVENTH KING of John’s Revelation inexorably lunges forth to the top of the hill to be the American Exceptionalism foreseen by preacher and politico. Theocons and their allies have little eschatological grasp of what they are about--all “in the name of God” and worse yet, in the Name of the Judeo-Christian-Evangelical-Catholic God! The “Woman Mounts the Beast” - and in so doing seeks the political wherewithal to orchestrate her theodicy--all the while the Beast upon whom she sits declares his noble and global intensions in the pursuit of his mercantile empire. Alas! Moral justification for the SEVENTH KING has always been sought--its culmination and eventual identification with the Beast himself, the EIGHTH (who is of the SEVENTH)--but will no longer be permitted, for he will turn on her, devour her, and burn her with fire!

Go figure—the Democrats are viewed by radical Islam as the voice of sanity and retreat from their sacred lands.  So, the first thing they do is shoot Nancy Pelosi’s top anti-war critic, John Murtha.  Now, that makes a lot of sense.  Everyone puts on the smiley face and acts like nothing happened but “love and oneness.”  Meanwhile Pat Robertson proposes Northern Iraq be merged with Syria, forming Assyria (getting ready for Isaiah’s prophecy about a highway extending from Assyria to Egypt through Israel).  Then there’s mega-purpose-driven Rick Warren paying obeisance to the Grand Mufti of Damascus and turning into a Propaganda Prophet for Syria.  Man, can somebody save us from ourselves before President Ahmadinejad “disappears” Israel; all the while the USA, now amassing a monster flotilla in the Persian Gulf, blows the modern-day Haman off the map bringing in the 12th Imam and the Islamic Messiah!  Oh, yes, this has been quite a month . . . and it’s only beginning.

Bush’s globetrotting to South Asia (India, Pakistan, etc.) the first week of March, 2006 puts the political Left into apoplectic seizure.  Why?  For one, the Commander-in-Chief has no intention of fulfilling their greatest joys:  The collapse of the modern era’s Commercial Empire, the USA.  No, American Empire is NOT declining; the dollar is NOT disintegrating as the world’s currency; America is NOT in seismic implosion—economically, politically, or for that matter, socio-religious disintegration.  Shame upon the Left for their irrational geopolitical exuberance; akin to “Rumors of my death have been greatly exaggerated!”  Wiser to look at the facts, juxtaposed to the hopeful but bordering on disingenuous thinking of the Left.

Tony Blair, the Brits’ version of what we thought was Bill Clinton’s reflection—has undergone a steady metamorphosis into the image of George W. Bush.  The latest devolution of the once immensely popular Blair into his evangelical counterpart Bush involves divine intervention into the affairs of Middle Eastern wars—and telling the Brits “In the end, there is a judgment . . . if you believe in God, it’s made by God.”

 Ascendency of the United States of Europe as the "Revived Roman Empire" and ultimate base of a future Antichrist is finished!  Why?   For starters:  The total rejection of the European Union's Constitution by FRANCE!  Isn't it about time to wake up and smell the coffee, roses, or something dead?  The American New World Order System trumps all bases for a future Antichrist.  Sorry, Hal Lindsey, Tim LaHaye--the 11th Horn of Daniel is the elephant in the photo, not that silly little, ten-toed, Euro-Canary sitting on the behemoth!

 

The Green Cross ~  Mikhail Gorbachev and the New Age environmentalists have a lot in common.  For one, they both believe in the same god.  But, guess who else digs their "Green Cross" and is repulsed by the Cross of Christ?  Isn't it interesting that the New Age religion, and the political leaders who embrace it, affirm their new god with such religious zeal?  Don't think the Left doesn't have its religious streak.

It’s Easter, 2006, the denial of Seymour Hersh’s “The Iran Plans” by President Bush is done with spectacular verbosity:  WILD SPECULATION.  The US is NOT going to bomb Iran into the dark ages after all?  President of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, tags the West’s denial of Iran’s nuclear ambitions an effort which would “cause an everlasting hatred in the hearts of Iranians.”  Meanwhile, Iran is holding anti-Zionist conferences—“Israel is heading toward annihilation” (Ahmadinejad) . . . while the US builds the world’s largest Embassy on the banks of the Tigris River!  The “prophetic tension” is unbelievable!

Rewriting history is not my passion; however, given the Nazarene Party’s (NP) original knockout punch to the Greco-Roman Traditionalists (GRT) which set the Empire on its head (cir. 56 A.D.), I can do none else! A meaningless and somewhat contentious display (in the midst of all this religious involvement (by both the NP and the GRT) in the political square) by a group known as the Overcomers (OCs) was accused of vehemently protesting against the religio-political involvement of the NP. Oddly enough, the OC was renounced by both the NP and the GRT as anti-governmental—especially since most of the OC failed to identify the Emperor as a god-like (in A.D. 52 the Emperor had renounced direct divinity). All this, along with the GRT’s new “Strategy of Empowerment” to counteract the rise of the NP by running the OBAMAMUS-CLINTONIUS ticket in the next elections—the more things change, the more they stay the same! Meanwhile, the OC won’t stay silent and that’s really irritating the NP and GRT. The axis of political power (viz. NP v GRT) now entrenched throughout the Empire find common cause in their disgust of the OC. Some have even claimed that the OC is, in point of fact, a de facto party of SPIRITUAL ANARCHISTS—nonviolent, of course, but are so extremely libertarian in their demeanor that the Roman New World Order System simply cannot abide them much longer . . .

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, President of Iran, this week (end of October, 2005) boldly declared that Israel should be "wiped off the map!"  Next, Syria's President Bashir al-Assad's brother and brother-in-law have been implicated in the assassination of Lebanon's former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri.  Indeed, President Bush declared both Syria and Iran the AXIS OF EVIL and blatantly and repeatedly declares that we can no longer tolerate their governments-all options, as Condi Rice states, are "on the table."  Meanwhile, "treasongate" runs rampant.  Is this "thing" ever going to end?  How did it get started and when will the Syrian, then the Iranian, cards drop?  It's going to get real difficult, if not impossible, to sit this one out-you're going to have to take a side, sooner or later!  That's what many American Jews and Christians have had to do-read the rest of the story . . . then face the valley of your decision, you've got lots of company.

 At last, a theological treatise on the identification of the Two Witnesses of Revelation 11 and Daniel 12.  Initially, this "paper" was submitted to the Judeo-Christian Conference on the "Messiah" scheduled to be held in Virginia Beach, VA (cir. 2005).  The paper is not easy reading, but solid theology which demands a reappraisal of how an "end of days" engagement and/or "testimony" from both evangelical and Jewish communities shall manifest itself before the "heavens and the earth" at the "end of days."

There are several major schools of Bible prophecy which dominate Biblicists today--futurism (akin to the "Left Behind" series) and historicism (most Preterists and vast segments of evangelicalism which affirm that the Antichrist is the Holy See, the Papacy in its entirety).  Although Preterists (who believe most Bible prophecy was fulfilled in the Revelation by 100 A.D. are prevalent amongst evangelicals, their erstwhile historicists who manage to differentiate a wide variety of historical happenings throughout the Church Age as being fulfilled (as well, but mostly after 100 A.D. to the present), are in stiff "eschatological competition" with futurists who hold to some of the evolving historicist methodology but differ in that the prophetic time table is generously weighted to the "yet future."  Notwithstanding these difference, events have overtaken us--it is time for an "eschatological reassessment"--we must unite, for the time is short and sooner, more than later, we will all be called to testify!

If Israel were attacked, it would be the same as an attack on the USA—this is the essence of a DEFENSE PACT between Israel and the USA.  Israel’s security would be underwritten by the United States of America; and, the commencement of that ultimate security—the quest of numerous US Presidents and Israeli leaders—would at last be actualized.  Now, in Washington, D.C., for the first time since 2002, Israeli and American diplomats and military personnel earnestly endeavor to address Iran’s threat of WMD, and the mutual persistence of terror against both nations (December 2005).  What awful contemplation:  Is this the final deception spoken of by Daniel the Prophet and Isaiah:  Your Covenant with Death – Your Agreement with Hell?

“Strategic Dialogue” talks between the U.S. and Israel—were commenced in earnest at the end of November, 2005 (U.S. State Dept. Bulletin).  These “talks” are propelled to their inevitable conclusion (i.e., the U.S.-ISRAEL DEFENSE PACT/TREATY) by Iran’s preposterous charges this past week:  No Jewish Holocaust under Hitler; Israel is a “Zionist-European Tumor” which, ipso facto, should be excised from the Middle East and transplanted into Germany-Austria; and, “no, we’re not making a Weapon of Mass Destruction, even though ‘Israel must be wiped off the map!”

The U.S.-Israel Strategic Alliance has reached critical mass—President Bush’s “Strategy for Victory” inevitably demands the special relationship’s strategic imperative:  The U.S.-ISRAEL DEFENSE PACT.  The President, more than any other Chief Executive, since Truman recognized the Jewish State in 1948, is flaunting the U.S.-Israel “pact” to wipe out terrorism.  The Neocon-Evangelical-Zionist Alliance cries out:  An attack on Israel is an attack on the USA!  Moslems see him as the modern-day Crusader-Invader whose dogged determination is religiously inspired . . . just as theirs is a Jihad against the infidels!   His poll numbers rapidly climb (January 1, 2006)—as the Commander-in-Chief decries the heretics of Islam, identifies the likes of Osama bin Laden and Abu Musab al Zarkawi with Hitler and Stalin, and demands nothing less than “complete victory” over the enemies of freedom.  Just as Nazism and Communism were defeated—we must, we shall, we will win this war against these evil doers—SO HELP US GOD!

The U.S.-Israel Strategic Alliance—no matter what setbacks—is alive, well and proceeding to its logical conclusion:  The U.S.-Israel Defense Pact. Iran’s determination to resuscitate its nuclear program; the Sharon “X-Factor”—i.e., Israel after Sharon; and the incessant insurgency in Iraq, along with increasing agitation from Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah and other belligerents, have all converged to create the perfect geopolitical storm.  We await the unprecedented admission that Israel and the USA will no longer regard as politically embarrassing nor strategically ill-advised vis-à-vis the Arab world to openly declare a comprehensive “peace accord” guaranteeing Israel’s security—once and for all!

Adolph Hitler And The Theocratic State--A Lesson on

The denial that Jesus Christ is "come in the flesh" is, according to John's First Epistle, definitely the manifestation of the "spirit of antichrist."  "Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ?  He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son" (I John 2:22).  Yet, today, prior to the Lord's Second Advent, that same spirit of Antichrist--who could not defeat Him in His First Coming--seeks to spread a new and foreboding heresy:  There is no Antichrist--THE Antichrist will not come!
